How do we care
about the environment?
In the era of violent change and rapid development of civilization, taking care of the environment in which we live should be a very important element of life, not only for the individual but also for the enterprises which contribute significantly to its pollution. For Team Plast, environmental protection is one of the priorities.
- The environment in Team Plast is implemented by:
- Advanced process optimization of system profiles to minimize production waste and reduce material costs of the order. This process is completely automated and controlled by a computer technician.
- For each machine used to cut or process the profiles, there are shavings and dusts exhausts. They generate vacuum in the shavings and dusts areas as a result of the treatment and transport them to special containers, so that they are not emitted into the environment in the form of pollutions. The pollution accumulated in this way are collected and disposed of in dedicated facilities.
- Full selection and segregation of post-production waste, including uPVC (plastic) waste, glass, steel waste, aluminium waste and paper. These wastes are subsequently exported and disposed of in specialized outdoor facilities.
We also have an indirect impact on the environment by offering a whole range of window and door systems with increased thermal insulation, which, at the stage of their use, allows for a significant reduction of heat consumption. In this way we contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. In our offer we have many profiles that meet the most stringent standards in terms of thermal insulation, including those recommended for passive construction.
